95 ways to improve life in townships and villages

On October 15 the Zhelezniy township in Krasnodar Krai hosted a seminar entitled “Discussions on the development of Zhelezniy, Svobodniy and Oktyabrskiy through the involvement of youth and the working-age population in entrepreneurship and small business”.
The seminar was lead by one of the leading experts in the field of regional development and social planning, the author of “Experiences in the revival of Russian villages", now a resident expert at the State Duma, Gleb Tyurin.
The seminar was also attended by the Head of the Youth Administration of Ust-Labinsk District V. Efremenko, the Chief of Strategic Planning A. Kvasha, the Director of CDC “Zhelezniy” G. Veritelnikova, the head of the administration of Zhelezniy O. Borodin and Project Coordinator of the Volnoe Delo Foundation O.M. Molotok.
During the seminar, which was carried out in the form of a ‘brainstorming’ session, local representatives proposed 95 business ideas for the development of the villages. Afterwards a team of ten young people had to formulate the goals of an expert analysis, develop business ideas and identify the future steps of the project.
