The “Robotics” Program has launched a new project entitled “Talent Pool”.  Now participants of the Program will not only be able to study and take part in competitions, but also become part of the Programme’s candidate pool and potentially receive better opportunities for future employment. The implementation of this project will help in the shaping of the careers of the boys and girls involved in the Programme.

On December 16, Nikita Kozlov and Nekrasov Artem from the “RedEYES” team ( Kovrov, Vladimir Region) and Vitaliy Tkachenko from “MADIPROFITEAM” ( Moscow) and Vitaliy Tkachenko visited the LG plant in Dorohovo.

The tour began with a brief rundown on information about the plant, number of employees and types of production. The participants then visited the television, refrigerator and washing machine assembly lines, spoke with production personnel and got acquainted with the work of the design and engineering departments of the company. The visit ended with a conversation with the senior specialist of the personnel department on the subject of summer and pre-diploma internships. After this visit the participants can decide on the desired area of their internships, coordinate with the plant representatives and begin their internships this very winter.
