On 26 June 48 graduates of the Graduate School of Public Administration received Masters diplomas. The ceremony took place at Moscow State University.

The most important thing is that three of them were grant receivers of "Volnoe Delo" Oleg Deripaska Foundation. They are:

• Maria Kirillova - Deputy Director on Finance of Rissina Agency of Energy (Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation)
• Elena Guzeeva - Leading specialist of the Division on Infrastructure and Innovations of Enterprenership (Ministry of information society of Kaluga region)
• Pavel Oboimov - Leading law consultant of "Kompyulink"
The winners of the contest "Vo Blago Otechestva" annually receive grants. The contest is held by GSPA in partrenship with "Volnoe Delo" Foundation

Graduates were cheered by Sergey Naryshkin The Chairman of the State Duma and the Headmaster of Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichy.
