On October 15 the Zhelezniy township in Krasnodar Krai hosted a seminar entitled “Discussions on the development of Zhelezniy, Svobodniy and Oktyabrskiy through the involvement of youth and the working-age population in entrepreneurship and small business”.

A parade on Vasilevsky Spusk in Moscow marked the closing of the “Lomonosov wagon-train” cultural and educational project dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Mikhail Lomonosov.
