The Foundation implements programs of studying, preservation and promotion of rich traditions and culture of Kuban.

Over the years, the Foundation has supported the Kuban Cossack Choir, participated in the restoration of historical monuments, and supported teaching and publishing of books on the history and culture of Kuban. Volnoe Delo also helps the Russian Cossack section of the folk union to organise folklore expeditions in the region. As a result of these performances and tours, the Kuban folk groups recorded several CDs.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM:

• The study and revival of the traditions and culture of the Kuban Cossacks
• The publication of historical and regional literature, participating in the replenishment of library collections in the area
• Conducting folk ethnographic research in the region, as well as holding celebrations involving folk groups
