The Foundation is implementing a number of major projects in higher education. The major projects include: helping the Moscow State University, ranking Russian universities, which in turn helps university entrants, their parents and employers in the objective assessment of the institution.

The Foundation is also actively developing scholarship programs at four Russian universities: the Moscow State University, the Kuban State University, the Kuban State Agrarian University and the MHAT School-Studio.

There is also a programme of assistance to regional universities, in operation since 2011. In particular, there is training for archaeologists in the History Faculty of the Kuban State University, and also close cooperation with KubGU, which trains specialists for agriculture.
